EatOkra

EatOkra is the go-to app for discovering Black-owned restaurants across the country. When the founders needed a social media team, they came to NOM Media to turn a following that was shrinking into a community that was growing and using the app.

We built a content plan around consistent, on-trend reels and short videos, paired with daily community management and targeted engagement. In the first month, the account went from losing followers to gaining more than 500 new ones, and growth carried into app downloads and website visits from Instagram.

Bright Side Restoration helps Long Island homeowners and property managers recover from property damage, from water damage to puffbacks. On an ongoing retainer, NOM Media runs their monthly social content and a steady email program that keeps the company top of mind before an emergency happens.

We also brought their team into NOM Studios in Garden City for a multi-camera video shoot, creating on-camera content featuring their own people that feeds social, email, and the website for months.
